Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Click4Tap collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It is written to meet Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data
Click4Tap is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@click4tap.online for any question about this policy or about your data.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, work email address, optionally your company or project name, the service you selected and the content of your message.
Through your browser, automatically: your IP address and basic request information, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not build behavioural profiles.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
Resend, our email delivery provider, processes the contents of your enquiry in order to deliver it to our inbox.
Our hosting and content-delivery provider processes request data in order to serve the site.
Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data — IP address, pages viewed, device information — but only if you accept analytics cookies. If you do not, no request is ever made to Google.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our processors operate infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within 24 months. Where a contract follows, we keep the records required by applicable commercial and tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Write to info@click4tap.online to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies
Strictly necessary storage: your cookie decision is kept in your browser's local storage so that we do not have to ask again. Nothing else is stored on your device without your consent.
Analytics, only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which identify your browser for up to 24 months, and sends your IP address, the pages you view and basic device information to Google Ireland Limited. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are switched off permanently, so this data is never used for advertising.
Nothing is loaded from Google until you accept. You can refuse from the banner and change your decision at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer; withdrawing also deletes the analytics cookies already set. Refusing leaves the site fully functional.
